By accepting these terms, you are agreeing not to divulge to any person, at any time during or after the term of this Agreement, any trade secrets of InterPay Solutions or National CMServices or any privileged or confidential information gained as a result of your relationship with InterPay Solutions and National CMServices under this Agreement. This includes, without limitation, any information concerning the Plan, Program or Target Organizations, any intellectual property, any client or prospect lists, or any document, writing or other tangible item containing or relating to such trade secret or privileged or confidential information. You also agree not to issue any Broker of Records Letters or Agent of Record Letters for business already placed in the InterPay Solutions and National CMServices Pay-As-You-Go Workers' Compensation Program.
